I am currently an instructor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Pittsburgh.  I developed and teach a course on sports analytics every fall.  My other teaching primarily focuses on applied regression and introductory statistics.  In addition, I serve as the liaison for the College in High School program for the Statistics department, serve as the TA advisor for the department, and act as the faculty advisor for the Club Golf and Sports Analysis clubs.

I completed my doctorate in Instructional Technology at Duquesne University in 2019 and focused on the impact that formative assessment has on student performance on exams in my dissertation.  Prior to beginning my career as an instructor, I earned Master's degrees in Applied Statistics from Pitt in 2014 and Computational Mathematics from Duquesne in 2012.

I am a huge Pittsburgh sports fan and a fan of both Butler and Gonzaga college basketball.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling, photography, running, and hiking.
